All joints are reinforced both internally and externally to maximize strength, and the long section design makes the pole very rigid and fast on the pick up even at 16m making rig control simple and effective. The pole is commercial carp friendly and suitable for comfortably fishing elastics up to size 20 with the power kits, or size 12 with standard kits. The short number 4 section option offers even greater rigidity and strength especially when power playing lumps in match conditions. The wide bore number 1 section will take a number 6 (0.10mm) elastic without cutting back offering smooth elastication and no loss of pole length. The smooth finish makes shipping a dream. A wonderfully engineered pole which is a pleasure to use.

What sets this pole apart from the others is it's strength. How can it be this strong when it is so light weighing a mere 850g at 13m? Well that's a secret that our engineer wants to keep to himself! All joints of the Super G10 are reinforced both internally and externally as well as all critical stress points throughout the poles length. The long section design makes the pole extremely rigid and responsive even at 16m making rig control easier than ever.
The pole is also 'Match Carp Friendly' - suitable for comfortably fishing elastics to size 20 with the power kits, or to size 12 in the standard kits. The short number 4 sections also offer even more rigidity for fishing shallow long or when in a wind, as well as giving that extra strength security when playing big fish to the net. The new 'Ready to bush' number 1 section in the standard kit fits a number 6 elastic which means that you don't lose as much length by having to cut the pole back a long way.

The Parabolix STI is not only strong, it’s incredibly light. It weighs an incredible 560 grams at 11.5m and an amazing 780 grams at 13.0m. It’s been designed as an all-round match-carp pole suitable for use with elastics up to number 16 or 12/20 Hollow Elastic with the power kits and no12 with the standard kits.
The short number-four section offers even more rigidity for fishing shallow long or in a wind. Just like we did with the TKS range of poles, we have also paid special attention to the Power kits. We wanted the Power kits to be a sensible length, as extensive research and testing found that Power Kits offered by most of our competitors were simply too long for the kind of fishing we do in the UK. Longer Power Kits are fine if you fish deep venues, however most commercial venues within the UK are no more than eight feet deep, and most fishing is done either by fishing short, in the margins or fishing shallow. Both the new Match Kits and Power Kits will also interchange with the original Parabolix pole.The finish on the pole is exceptional and makes shipping easy, even in wet weather. Unlike other models within our range, this new friction free finish also runs the full length of the pole. Not only is this an exceptional pole, you also get an exceptional spares package supplied with it. It’s supplied with 8 kits in total, including the top 3 kit in the pole.
